VCI Composite Kraft Paper is a heavy-duty packaging material designed for tough industrial use. It combines the rust-protecting power of VCI kraft paper with the strength and tear resistance of woven plastic fabric.
This paper protects large, heavy, or sharp metal parts during storage and shipping. With its multi-layer structure, it blocks rust, corrosion, punctures, and scratches, keeping metal products safe.
Dual-Layer Defense
It has a 3-in-1 structure: VCI kraft paper for corrosion protection, a woven cloth layer for durability, and a polyethylene coating for moisture resistance.
Strong and Durable
The woven cloth layer gives high tear, puncture, and burst resistance, much stronger than standard VCI paper.
Long-Term Rust Protection
The VCI layer slowly releases protective vapor. This forms a thin shield on metal surfaces and prevents rust for up to 5 years.
Waterproof & Weather-Resistant
The PE coating protects against moisture, rain, and humidity. It works well even in tough shipping or storage conditions.
