Sustainable Waste Management and Recycling Initiatives
Improving Factory-Wide Waste Management
In December 2023, RSTPAC introduced a factory-wide regulation to improve waste management. From that point on, all production waste and defective products were recorded and collected at designated recycling points within the facility. This ensures that materials are handled responsibly and in a controlled way.
Recovering and Reusing Materials
As a result, by the end of 2025, RSTPAC recovered and reused 30 tons of polypropylene plastic. This amount equals the annual shopping bag usage of a large supermarket, clearly demonstrating the practical impact of our recycling efforts.
Reinvesting for Sustainability
Moreover, the cost savings from this initiative were reinvested in public welfare projects, such as afforestation, and in enhancing employee benefits. Through these actions, RSTPAC shows its long-term commitment to sustainable industrial practices and eco-friendly packaging solutions.

Our President, Mr. Sun, actively advocates for physical fitness and carbon-free commuting. At RSTPAC, 90% of employees commute daily using electric vehicles or bicycles, reflecting our strong commitment to sustainability.

In partnership with leading metallurgical and automotive enterprises, RSTPAC runs a comprehensive recycling program for discarded plastics and paper materials, demonstrating our commitment to sustainable development.
This program establishes a closed-loop system for recovering used VCI granules, polypropylene, and kraft paper packaging waste. We collect both in-house and external waste, process it, and reintroduce it as recycled raw materials into new production cycles. This approach supports eco-friendly industrial packaging and promotes a circular economy.
